Matthew Evans

Matthew is a Chartered Legal Executive with in excess of 15 years’ experience, specialising in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Disease Work.

Matthew originally joined Spicketts Battrick in November 2012 and having left for a short period of time re-joined the firm in 2023.

Matthew now heads the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department at Spicketts Battrick Law Practice.

Matthew has a wide range of experience in dealing all types of claims including road traffic accidents, public liability claims, accidents at work, disease claims and clinical negligence/medical malpractice.

Matthew has dealt with a number of high value claims on behalf of severely injured Claimant’s which have often involved complex legal and medical issues.

Matthew has recovered millions of pounds of compensation for his client’s during his tenure at Spicketts Battrick and offers a first-class service for those individuals he acts on behalf of.

Matthew is very keen to ensure that the best possible settlement can be achieved for all his client’s, regardless of the circumstances, complexity and value of their respective cases.
