The Solicitors Regulation Authority introduced their transparency rule on 6th December 2018. The main aim of the transparency rule is to ensure that all clients have a clear, broad understanding of the potential costs that will be incurred, the procedures in place to safeguard both yourself as our client and ourselves as a firm, and also the staff at Spicketts Battrick Law Practice who are involved in dealing with your case for you.
We aim to be as clear and concise as possible. However due to many factors that can occur during the course of your matter we ask you to always
contact us in the first instance so that we will be able to advise you directly on your matter as this transparency information is broad and not case specific to yourself.
